Berlin is a city in the European country of Germany. It is the country's capital and the second largest city in the country. It has a city-wide area of 344.35 square miles and a population of more than 3,517,424 people.

Historically, Berlin often appears in films relating to World War II. In particular, the Battle of Berlin, which was the final major Russian offensive against Nazi Germany in 1945.

Invisible Agent
A German espionage agent named Maria Sorenson is working on behalf of the allies against Nazi Germany. She is the contact point of an American secret agent named Frank Raymond and assists him in obtaining a list of German spies operating in the United States. Sorenson maintained a home in Berlin, where she carried on false relationship with Nazi commander, Conrad Stauffer.
Puppet Master III: Toulon's Revenge
This was the primary setting of the film, which takes place during World War II in the year 1941 and showcases high-ranking members of the Nazi party, Major Krauss and the scientist Doctor Hess in their efforts to create a formula that could reanimate the dead, so they could bolster their military ranks. Upon failing this, Krauss elects to steal a reanimation formula from French puppeteer Andre Toulon. In their efforts to obtain the formula, Toulon's wife, Elsa is shot and killed. Toulon escapes and uses his formula to preserve his wife's spirit inside the body of a puppet called Miss Leech. Armed with his other puppets, Tunneler, Pinhead and Six-Shooter, the grief-stricken Toulon takes his vengeance against the Nazis.

  • The Berlin International Film Festival has been held annually in Berlin every year since 1978. The remake of the German horror film, Nosferatu, was screened at the festival in 1979.
