A Killbot is a type of robot featured in the 1986 science fiction horror film Chopping Mall. They are non-humanoid robots on treadmills with articulating grappler arms and a red ocular sensor placed upon an oval shaped head. They are equipped with various weaponry, including guns, tasers and laser weapons. They were utilized at the Park Plaza Mall in Los Angeles, California as an advanced experimental security measure. Naturally, a bunch of stupid teenagers decides to stay at the mall to party after the place has closed, giving little regard or care to the Killbots. Poor dumb bastards.
